Return & Refund Policy

At Buzz & Buy, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’re here to make it right.



Returns Are Accepted If:


You receive a damaged or broken item

You receive a wrong product

The product is completely different from what was described



📷 Proof Required: Please share a photo/video of the product within 24–48 hours of delivery.



Returns Are Not Accepted If:


The product was used or damaged after delivery

Minor color or style variations (due to lighting/screen/display)

You changed your mind after placing the order



🔁 Replacement or Refund Process:


1. Contact us at shopbuzzandbuy@gmail.com with your order details and issue

2. We’ll verify the issue and respond within 1–       2 working days.

3. If approved, you’ll receive:

    A replacement, if stock is available

    Or a full/partial refund, as per the issue and      product type



💰 Refund Timeline:


Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or UPI account within 3–7 working days after approval.




📦 No Return Pickup Available (For Now)


As a small business, we currently don’t offer reverse pickup. In rare cases, you may be asked to courier the product back (we’ll guide you if needed).
